Seven months after being delisted, DuckTales: Remastered has returned to digital stores

Seven months after it was delisted from digital storefronts, DuckTales: Remastered is back.

DuckTales: Remastered, which was developed by WayForward and initially released for PC and consoles in 2013, bid a fond farewell to all platforms in a flurry of dramatic discounts last August - and while publisher Capcom never offered an explanation for its removal, it seemed reasonable to assume that licensing issues were to blame.

Now, though, it's returned with equally little explanation. "If you missed this gem the first time around," says Capcom in its announcement post, "now's the perfect time to dive in. Calling back to the golden age of 8-bit gaming and Saturday morning cartoons, DuckTales: Remastered features hand-drawn animated sprites that bring each character to life in a vibrant world."
